Issue : Download task is failing or not downloading new packages and no logs created

 

Solution : 

  • Make sure LocaServerUpdater.exe.Config file has the correct server name under “UncUpdateFolderPath” variable and the “Datasource” variable
  • Make sure the properties of the ABELDentUpdate - Download task has the correct windows Operating system selected for “Configure For”
  • Make sure Properties of Download task/Actions Tab has the correct ABELDent install path and downloadUpdates.cmd path
