Error:  NEA Payor does not load in claim submission window
Solution:

Step1 - Make sure the Payor ID for the patient insurance carrier is filled in

Step2 - Login to FastAttach application outside ABELDent. 

Step3 - Search for the Insurance Carrier and then click on Fastlook option at the right hand side

Step4 - Then a new FastAttach window will load for that insurance carrier as per below screenshot-

Step5 - Make sure the Emdeon e-claim id matches the Payor ID in ABELDent.
