Users can update their Dental Fee Guides from within ABELDent CS/LS+.

Admins can quickly and efficiently update to any new Fee Guides (including Specialist fee guides) as they become available without having to download them from MyABEL.

Granting Authorization to Update Dental Fee Guide

  1. Log in to ABELDent Authorization Manager

  2. Select the Member you wish to grant access to

  3. Under All > System Configuration, Select Update Dental Fee Guides

  4. Close Authorization Manager

  5. Restart ABELDent CS/LS+ and Log In for changes to take effect

Note: It's recommended that only the Practice administrator be granted permission to update the Dental Fee Guide

Updating the Dental Fee Guide

  1. Open ABELDent CS/LS+

  2. Under File Menu > Update, Select Update Dental Fee Guides:

  3. The Update Dental Fee Guides window appears:

    The window shows both the General and Specialist Practice Fee Guides available for use

  4. From the Provinces drop-down menu, select the applicable Province

  5. Select the General Practice Fee guide you wish to apply and (If Applicable) Select any Specialist Practice Fees you wish to apply:

  6. (Certain Provinces will have to follow further instructions):

    • British Columbia: Enter your BCDA Membership ID and Password

    • Ontario: Enter your ODA Membership ID and Password

    • Quebec: Enter your ACDQ Membership ID and Password

  7. Click OK:
    The Fee Changes have been made within ABELDent CS/LS+
