
Issue :
1. Appointments are duplicating while tagged and moved them to different date
2. When a treatment is deleted on a client computer, treatment is deleted from treatment tab and leaving a corresponding financial entry(Stranded TRN)
Summary:
This issue occurs normally after LS+ blank database installations for new clients.
Solution:
1. Open SQL Management studio
2. Open System Databases and select properties of Master database
3. Click on Permissions --> View server permissions
4. Select BUILTIN\Users and Grant permission for View Server State Permission
5. Click on OK
Note : Duplicated appointments and stranded transactions left before the fix should be manually deleted from the database
