Error:

New provider column does not get picked up on Appointment Rules template


Solution:

  • Re-create a new appointment rule template with the exact same format (Days & Sending options)
  • Re-create a new Message Template with the exact email/text message and settings (including checked associate providers). After doing that, update appointment rules with the newly created message template.
  • Upon creation of a new Message Template, make sure that the new providers are now getting picked up at this point.
  • Test new appointment rules by navigating the dates to send out appointment batches to the new providers.
