Error:
Portal not sending emails/text reminders for a specific provider column
Solution:
- Check if provider is checked off on portal appointment rules
- Most often, the office has new providers and appointment rules are not updated. To do this, re-create the exact same appointment rules on portal and make sure that the appropriate providers are checked.
