Patients Have Two Appointments on the Same Day but they only Receive one SMS Text Message Appointment Reminder 



Error:

The two messages are concatenated together and patient only has 1 confirmation option. When the patient sends the text message of “Y” to confirm, it will only confirm 1 of the appointments.

Solution:

Update to ABELDent 14.5.4 or later
