Contacts by Provider Report

Summary:

Available in ABELDent SQL version 13.2.0 or later

This report will help you manage contacts in your office to make sure treatment isn’t missed. For each provider in the office, the report shows the time units required for each overdue and future contact.

Steps:

1. Click Contacts > Reports > Contact by Provider.

    The following message appears.

2. If you want to show inactive providers in the report, click Yes, otherwise, click No.

    The report appears on screen.

The report lists each provider in your office along with the following additional information:

Column Names

• Active Pvdr: Indicates whether or not the provider is active (Y) or inactive (N). 
• Overdue: The number of contacts with a date earlier than the date the report is generated.
• Future: The number of contacts with a date later than the date the report is generated
• Total Contacts: The total number of overdue and future contacts.
• Inside Each Column:
• Number of Contacts: The total number of contacts for each provider.
• Time Units: The total number of time units required for the provider's contacts (in hours and minutes).
• Review the report and then do either of the following:
  • To print the report, click the Print icon to print the report.
  • Click the Export icon to export the report.
