Contact Manager and Contact List Setup



Summary:

This document will show how to configure the Contact Manager or the Contact List. You can retrieve a specific patient's contact information or look for a selected contact.


Steps:

Open the Contact Manager or the Contact List

1.  Set the date range needed
2.  Make sure Provider field is blank
3.  Make sure the Contact field is blank
4.  Enter the work to do for a Recall contact as small 'rc' only (This field is case sensitive )
 
There are various specific contacts you can search for:
 
1.  Enter 'rc' in the Work to do field for all outstanding recall contacts
2.  Enter 'pred. sent' in the Work to do field for all outstanding predeterminations
3.  Enter  'MissedAppt' in the To field for any Missed appointments  
4.  Enter 'Rebook_Wth'  in the To field for any Cancelled with Notice appointments
5.  Enter 'Rebook_W/O' in the To field for any Cancelled Without Notice appointment
6.  Leave the Work to do field blank for ALL outstanding contacts 

Note: The Work To Do and Note fields are both case sensitive
