Can't Access/See an Insurance Balance in Payment Window
Summary:
If you can see the assigned balance in the patient's Financial tab and you are attempting to enter a payment towards that assigned balance but cannot see or access it in the Payment window, you may try the following step to gain access the assigned balance.
More Information:
If you are running ABELDent SQL 12.4 or higher, you may use the new Enter Payment button (icon with $ in hand with purple background, see below) to gain access to the assigned balance. This new button is located on the toolbar at the top of the window while in a patient's file in ABELDent.
