Cannot Locate a Patient Record
Summary:
If you cannot find a patient record, it may be because the patient has been deactivated either inadvertently or on purpose, and will not be listed when searching for a patient.
Steps:
1. Click File > Open Patient.
2. Type the Last Name.
3. Click the Include Inactive check box.
4. Click Search Now.
The inactive patient will appear in the Matching Patients list.
5. Double-click on the patient to open the Personal tab.
6. Click Edit.
7. Click the Active box in the Status section to reactivate the patient.
