Appointment Starts Before Day Begins Message
Summary:
This message indicates that somehow an appointment was booked before the Time Day Begins or after Time Day Ends shown on the Parameters tab in Scheduler Setup.
Steps:
1. Write down the Date, Time and Column shown in the message.
2. Click OK until the message is removed.
3. Click Setup on the right-side of Scheduler.
The Appointment Scheduler Setup dialog appears.
4. Click Parameters and change the Time Day Begins to a time prior to that shown in the message. This will allow you to view the appointment on Scheduler.
5. Click OK until the message is removed.
6. Locate the appointment in Scheduler.
7. Right-click on it and choose Delete Appointment.
8. Click Yes to the message.
9. Repeat step 4 and change the Time Day Begins back to its previous time.
