Why are Patient's Getting an Error Message when Confirming Appointments via Portal?



Summary:

An error will occur if you send more than one appointment confirmation to a patient.

When the patient tries to acknowledge  the first confirmation that was sent, the program will generate an error message and will fail to transmit the first confirmation to the Dental office.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that only one appointment confirmation email or SMS message is sent to a patient.
