Save a Copy of a Patient Letter in the Documents Tab



Summary:

Letter sent to patients from ABELDent's Letter Manager can be configured to automatically save a copy on the patient’s Document tab. This allows you to keep a permanent copy of the letter.


Steps:

  1. Open Letter Manager 
  2. Right click the letter.
  3. Select Properties , the Template Properties dialogue opens
  4. Click beside 'Send to Document Manager'  
  5. Click Document Type drop down list to add a description, Click Ok

The letter you merge with a your patient file will now be stored in the Documents Tab
