Customizing Daily Scheduler Display



Summary:

This feature will allow the user to customize the daily scheduler column display. Days that have not been customized will use the Scheduler default setup.


Steps:​​​

  1. Click Start/Programs/ABELDent Administration
  2. Open Environ.ini
  3. Add USESCH=Y to the Environ.ini on the Server only (this will become a global setting)
  4. Click File/Save, close Environ.ini
  5. Open ABELDent Text based
  6. Select S for System Maintenance
  7. Select F for File Update
  8. Select H for Scheduler File Update
  9. Enter the date you wish to set custom columns display on, enter the columns you wish to customize on this date
  10. F1 key > Go
  11. Enter the remaining dates and columns
  12. F3 key > Quit to exit back to the main menu, X to exit

Note: Non customized dates will default to the current Scheduler column settings in the ABELDent program.
The office cannot be using the environment variable DONTRESETCOLS=Y as that will override any customizations.
