How Do I Add an Automatic Deposit Payment Type?
Summary:
If you’ve arranged for Insurance carriers to deposit insurance monies directly into your bank account, you can create a Direct Deposit or Automatic Deposit payment type to record on your Deposit Slip.
In ABELDent SQL V13.2.0 the direct deposit type can be selected when allocating a payment.
Steps:
1. Click Update > Message File.
2. Scroll-down category list and double-click on Payment.
3. Click Add Message.
4. Type a Payment ID that identifies Automatic Deposit., e.g. A
5. Click OK.
6. In the Message text box, type A for Automatic Deposit”
7. Click OK.
