How to Fix a Missing Insurance Balance 



Summary:

The Fill Insurance Transactions utility can be used to attempt to 'build' the insurance assigned record when an insurance assigned balance cannot be paid in the Payment Received screen.
Caution: Only run this utility for the service date of the bill in question which cannot be paid. Contact ABELDent Support should you have any questions regarding this utility.



Steps:

Click Utilities > Process Transactions File > Fill Insurance Transactions.
The Fill Insurance Transaction dialog appears.

2. In the Date from and to field, type the service date for the bill that cannot be paid.
3. Click OK.

4. Click Yes.
The following message appears.

5. Click Yes, if you want to continue.
