How Do I Add a Note to a Claim (Paper or EDI)
Summary:
You may add extra information or notes about a claim to the printed Insurance form or for the electronic submission of a claim.
Steps:
On the Receipt/Insurance Forms menu, where you would normally select Insurance Form or EDI transmission of Claim, you will see another menu choice "Note Remarks":
Select Note Remarks to get the following window:
You may enter Notes in the Remarks section, or update other information as required.
