How Do I Bill a Missing Service Code on a Past Appointment?
Steps:
1. Go back in Scheduler and locate the appointment.
2. Right-click and choose Bill Patient (or press B on your keyboard).
3. A message appears indicating the service or treatment date will be the date of the appointment, but the financial transaction will be today.
4. Click Yes.
The Add Treatment window appears.
5. Click Add to add the missing service code
6. Click Save.
