How does ITrans handle the sending  of COB and Predeterminations claims.

Explanation
  1. As long as the carrier file has the settings entered correctly in supported transactions the Gateway will do the work.
  2. The claim is submitted to the Primary insurer.
  3. Once a response is received, it submits everything to the Secondary insurer. 
  4. It then should print both responses.
  5. If an office does not get a response they should contact the carrier for information on what is covered.
