Errors
Dexis integration can cause image issues such as the Bridge not working or images not appearing. The following are common error messages received:

“No Patient Selected”
“Patient name doesn’t have correct formatting Err-53. File Not Found”

Solution:

  1. Retrieve the latest “CLDexis” file which can be found in the following link.

  1. Once connected to the customer, copy the ‘CLDexis.exe’ into the ABELDent folder of all workstations needing this integration.
  2. Go to Start > Regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > VB and VBA Program Settings > HSC Image > CLDexisBridge and delete this folder. (Ignore this step if the folder is not present).
  3. In ABELDent, click the Images tab and then right-click and choose Setup Integration > Capture Link ImaginIT.


     
  4. Double-click on the CLDexis.exe file that you retrieved in step 1 above.
  5. On the Bridge to ABELDent dialog, type “1” and click OK.

  6. On the Enter length of Patient ID dialog, type the number corresponding to how many digits Dexis uses, e.g. 4, 5 or 6


     
  7. Accept c:\Dexis as the default path, or double-check to verify.
  8. In the Integra. 0/1 field, accept the default of “0” unless the integrator module was purchased.
    The correct images for the correct patient should now show up in ABELDent.
